Operating Terms & Policies
Two evening sittings
Our 18:00 sitting returns tables by 20:15 so both dinner services run calmly and without rushing. The 20:30 sitting is yours for the remainder of the evening.
Dietary notices
Because we prepare a single five-plate set menu from fresh morning deliveries, we need at least 24 hours notice to prepare pescatarian, vegetarian or allergy alternatives.
Corkage and wine list
Alasdair pours a concise list of 20 low-intervention European wines by the glass and bottle. Guests wishing to bring a special bottle are welcome for £20 corkage per 750ml.
Engineers & Team
Cooks directly from Peterhead day-boat catches and East Lothian smallholdings.
Selects European low-intervention wines and manages the 26-cover dining room.
