House rules
- Emergency Tap to Call & WhatsApp fault-photo dispatch
- For active leaks or total heating failure, use the emergency Tap to Call link (020 7946 0831) or send a WhatsApp photo of your boiler casing, model badge, and fault code (such as F28, EA, or F75) so Dave pulls the matching pump head, sensor, or diverter valve before setting off.
- Transparent diagnostic pricing
- We charge a fixed £70 first-hour diagnostic fee. If the repair requires replacement components, Dave quotes the exact parts cost and any additional labour before opening any toolboxes.
- Strict four-mile radius
- We stay strictly within four miles of the Greenwich meridian. Keeping travel times under 20 minutes ensures we arrive when promised without rescheduling appointments.

Asked at the counter
What should I do if water is leaking from the boiler casing?
Turn off the cold water mains stopcock (usually under the kitchen sink) and turn off the fused spur switch beside the boiler. Call Dave directly on 020 7946 0831.
Do you charge a call-out fee if the boiler cannot be repaired?
The £70 diagnostic fee covers one hour of electrical and hydraulic fault-finding. If the heat exchanger is cracked or parts are obsolete, we explain why in writing and outline replacement options.
Can I supply my own replacement boiler parts?
We only fit new genuine manufacturer parts sourced through verified trade merchants. This ensures correct specification, component safety, and traceability.
Do you work on unvented hot water cylinders?
Unvented cylinders need an engineer with the right G3 qualification. On a real site this answer names the engineer’s actual qualification, checked with them before anything is published.
