Operating Terms & Policies
The 48-hour patch test
If you are new to the studio or have not had tinting or an active peel here within six months, you must drop in for a quick 5-minute patch test at least 48 hours before your booking. No exceptions.
48-hour post-treatment aftercare
For 48 hours after any facial or brow tint, avoid steam rooms, saunas, chlorinated pools, and active exfoliants (retinoids, AHAs, BHAs). Rinse with lukewarm water only on the first evening and apply mineral SPF 30+ the next morning.
Barrier-first formulation
We use cold-pressed botanical lipids, ceramide complexes, and low-pH cleansers. We do not offer harsh chemical peels or micro-needling that strip your skin's protective mantle.
Instrument sterilisation
All stainless steel tweezers and brow tools go through medical autoclave sterilisation between clients. Mascara wands and applicators are single-use compostable bamboo.

Please pause prescription retinoids, tretinoin, and glycolic acid exfoliants 5 days before any facial or brow treatment to avoid skin lifting.

Yes, just select the free 5-minute patch test slot, or pop into the studio during our morning consultation window between 09:30 and 10:00.
Do you do brow lamination or microblading?
No. We focus entirely on natural brow restoration, mapping, precise tweezing, and vegetable tints that work with your natural brow growth.
